Incredible shot! I don't know the differences in the various types of hawks, but I can tell you that when I see one I get a thrill because they are just the most regal of birds.
That's definitely a Krider's Loyd. He's an annual visitor to Anahuac. Glad you got such a great shot of him. Sent it to Norm for the contest. If you don't win with this one, it's rigged against us.
